We have completed a host of site development projects in Houston and the surrounding areas; from one-acre Commercial sites to hundred plus acre High School projects. S&G Engineering Consultants has permitting experience in the City of Houston, Harris County, Fort Bend County, Brazoria County, and most municipalities surrounding the Houston area.
Joel Seybert, Principal
Mr. Seybert graduated from Montana Tech of the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering in 1997 and has been practicing civil engineering in the Houston area for 21 years. He obtained his Texas Professional Engineering License in 2003 and has served as the Project Manager and Project Engineer on numerous projects since that time. Mr. Seybert has extensive experience in educational, institutional, commercial, and private site development projets. He is involved in all aspects of each project including contracts, preliminary design and feasibility, construction documents, specifications, bidding permitting and construction management.
